Universal Login page changes do not take effect

I’ve changed the logo in settings path. But the logo is not taking effect.
The strangest here is that i see the correct link in inspect mode, but the picture stays old

How can I solve this?

Is it possible there is some browser caching happening? Have you tried refreshing the cache (cmd + shift + R), or in an incognito session?

I found out, what is the problem:

The link to the logo is from settings, but the logo itself appears from the personalization.
Totally not obvious. But I believe there is already some kind of ticket for this.
