URGENT - Tenant auto deleted with 8000 users

I’m writing because my production tenant has been completely

disabled and is returning “Unknown host” on all endpoints,

affecting 8,000+ active users who cannot log in.

What happened:

- My subscription renewed today (April 10, 2026) and

payment was successfully processed — I have the

confirmation email from Auth0.

- Despite the successful payment, my account is now

showing as a Free plan in the dashboard.

- The tenant is completely GONE from my account. Every endpoint

returns “Unknown host” — including /authorize, /login,

/oauth/token, /userinfo, and /dbconnections/signup.

- Multiple users are reporting they cannot authenticate.

- I am unable to open a support ticket through the

Support Center because the system says I don’t have

permission — likely because the account was downgraded

to Free.

This is a Severity 1 production outage. all 8,000+

users are completely locked out. I’d appreciate urgent

escalation.

Hi @charles6,

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!

I am very sorry to hear about the disruption of your service and also for the delay in responding to your inquiry, as the issue occurred outside of our working hours.

I have seen that an internal ticket has been opened in a timely manner, so our Developer Support Team has already investigated the case, while the issue was caused by the deletion of the tenant itself.

For such emergencies where urgent assistance is needed we strongly recommend the creation of a new tenant, which by design provides a trial period so you can contact an Auth0 Support Engineer directly.

Best regards,
Remus
