I’ve tried on three browsers, cookies accepted, cache cleared. But none of the resources are downloaded to my desktop and neither am I able to watch any of the webinars. Looking at the dev tools seems to be some issues flagged. Thank you
Thanks for posting your question; I’ve just downloaded the example file, so it shouldn’t be a server issue. Can you share with me what Chrome extensions you use and if the same extensions are installed on all your browsers?
I’ve tried on safari which is completely clean - no extensions, cleared cache, cleared entire history and am getting the issue appear. Unable to download. In web tools, different issues in console. 400 - failed to load resource
looks like the 400 error is occurring at the API level, not at the CloudFront level. This suggests that while the static assets (like the JavaScript file) are being served correctly, there’s an issue with the dynamic part of the application that processes your form submission and grants access to the document.
