Unable to access Auth0 Dashboard (MFA reset requested) — plan upgrade pending

Hello Auth0 Support,

I’m currently unable to log into the Auth0 Dashboard and therefore cannot proceed with upgrading our subscription.

  • Issue: MFA/2FA is blocking access; no authenticator app is configured, fingerprint and PIN do not work, and no recovery/reset codes are available.

  • Impact: Cannot access the Dashboard to manage settings or complete the plan upgrade.

Request:

  • Please verify my identity based on the details above and perform an MFA reset for the admin login so I can regain access.

  • If additional verification is required, let me know what information to provide.
