Hello Auth0 Support,
I’m currently unable to log into the Auth0 Dashboard and therefore cannot proceed with upgrading our subscription.

Issue: MFA/2FA is blocking access; no authenticator app is configured, fingerprint and PIN do not work, and no recovery/reset codes are available.

Impact: Cannot access the Dashboard to manage settings or complete the plan upgrade.

Please verify my identity based on the details above and perform an MFA reset for the admin login so I can regain access.
