Cause
This message appears when the Upgrade button on the yellow banner gets clicked to upgrade Node.js runtime for Actions.
Solution
This message indicates that the action included in the trigger was upgraded, but it has not been deployed yet. The upgrade will take effect the next time the Deploy button is selected.
