The Auth0 app was deleted on my phone - and now when I try and log in it remembrs my name and “Sends push notification” but the app wants a QR code and won’t let me do ANYTHING on the app. very strange and seems buggy if anyone deleted the app - how can I completely start over and just log into the Orchard?
