Locked out of my Orchard Account

I am unable to access my account at The Orchard - after getting a new device the AuthO app is requesting a new QR code and when attempting to login at the site it keeps telling me it is sending push notifications and asking for a 6 digit code but the app is not receiving anything. Please advise

Unfortunately we at Auth0 can do nothing about that as you don’t have access to Auth0 tenant settings within your Orchard account. Here’s more on that:
