HI. I accidentally deleted my access to orchard on the guardian app and cant find out how to re-activate it. I can’t find the activation code or the passphrase to access the app in general. Please send help!

If you have an issue accessing the guardian app in general, I would advise you to send a DM to our @support group, Otherwise, if you have issues only with the access to Orchard, I would recommend to contact them directly regarding this.
