Dear Auth0 Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance recovering admin access to our Auth0 tenant 7gen-stag.us.auth0.com.

Company: 7Generation Capital Corp (7Gen) Domain: 7gen.com Tenant: 7gen-stag.us.auth0.com Tenant region: US-3

Situation: The original tenant administrator was a former employee (fabio@7gen.com) who created this tenant in July 2022. His Auth0 Dashboard Admin account has MFA enabled, and the MFA recovery codes were not preserved during his offboarding. No current 7Gen employee has Dashboard Admin access to this tenant.

Proof of ownership we can provide:

  • Active Auth0 subscription with billing under 7gen

  • 65 active application users on this tenant (45 are @7gen.com employees)

  • We have successfully recovered access to the production tenant 7gen.us.auth0.com via software@7gen.com

Request: Please transfer tenant ownership of 7gen-stag.us.auth0.com to software@7gen.com and lally@7gen.com so we can grant Dashboard Admin access to current employees.
