Was instructed to open support ticket to regain admin access on “main” tenant in order to view utilization report. This tenant has been unsued for a long time and user is no longer with the company.

I will have to ask that you send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, as this will create a private conversation where we can further assist with your request. When sending the message, I recommend sharing the email address of your Auth0 account and also the name of the tenant that you require access to, as these will be needed in order to grant you access to the tenant.
