Support for recovery code lost and no app installed to login

Hi everyone,

I’m currently locked out of my Auth0 tenant because I did not create an access with the Guardian app, and unfortunately, I also lost my recovery code… Here is the email associate with my account: contact@verdantvanille.com

I am the administrator of the tenant and I cannot log into the Auth0 Dashboard. There are no backup MFA methods configured (such as email, SMS, or TOTP), so I am completely unable to access my account.

Is there any way to reset MFA or regain access to my dashboard in this situation?
I’m happy to provide proof of identity or ownership of the tenant if required.
