I recently started testing Auth0 , when i try to add custom SMTP email provider, i am getting a ‘Forbidden’ error. i created a Mailtrap account and used the credentials they provided. Don’t know what is causing this issue.
I have a tenant/domain configured with the same email provider (Mailtrap SMTP) and could not reproduce any issues. You should update your question with additional information, for example, the exact steps to get the forbidden error and any other information you think can be relevant like associated log entries.
its working ! i logged out and log back in and it started working
