I have to login using auth0 but sms are delivering after 5hrs or later from requested time in auth0

I understand that you are having issues with SMS being delivered after 5 hours.
We recommend using a Custom SMS Provider for MFA instead of the default Auth0 provider, as it is only designed for testing purposes and evaluation and has a limit of 100 messages per tenant during the entire tenant lifetime. You have the option of easily integrating with Twillio, any of the supported providers or creating a Custom Phone Provider.
