Are there benchmarks available on how SSO should be performing? We are tracking how many new users start the SSO process but do no complete it. The weekly numbers jumps around and is not as high as we expected. I want to understand is this typical competition rate for SSO or is this a problem we have specifically.

The key things I want to understand:
*What are the average completion rates for new users for B2B/Saas providers ?

  • Do these rates vary from a lot provider to provider?

Thank you for posting your question, unfortunately we do not have any internal or external data on SSO login success rates (% of users who successfully complete an SSO login attempt) or the expected SSO rate.
