I have a strange behavior on the user statistics. Some of my users still have their user count to 1, even if they multiple time connected to our plateforme through auth0.
Would you have a clue of what could cause this issue ?

The only thing I can think of here is if any sort of silent authentication is in play I do not believe their login count will be incremented. Could that potentially be the case here?
Yes, indeed it could be the case. A silent authentication due to our sso connection to retool could occur. How should I avoid this ?
