Signup/Login flow for two types of users

I have a marketplace website with 2 types of users : Buyers and Sellers.
In my use case, buyers can be sellers and vice versa.I have a single page for login and signup and was thinking to provide a radio button having options as - buyer or seller to distinguish that user wants to login/signup as seller or buyer . How can i implement this use case

Thank you for posting your question. I would highly encourage you to check the progressive profiling which would allow you archive similar option to Radio button during signup and also get more information from the customer.
