Sign users up via admin portal and send default password

Hi,

Just wondering if auth0 flow can accommodate a sign up process an admin will sign users up (not open sign up) and we will send them a default password and possibly ask them to reset on first login (kind of like IAM for AWS if you’ve used it before). Is this possible using auth0 or is my requirement too custom?
