We are trying to respond to older posts, in case others encounter the same issue and could help, but I would suggest in this situation to check the Logs section in your tenant, as it should provide more details as to why/where this error happened.

Any service outages can be tracked on our Status page and check which regions are affected, which can indeed cause this error message to show up. Our team try to address outages with priority to get all systems in working conditions as soon as possible and reaching out to us and informing of a possible outage is very much appreciated!
