Feature: Send an enrollment invitation to through the API.

Description: In the management portal, I can send an enrollment invitation to each user individually. I would like to do this through the API so that I can get hundreds of users enrolled.

Use-case: We are planning on having step-up MFA at a specific point in our application. We’d like to get people enrolled early through an email invitation. A smaller fraction of our users log in each month, so an event like login is not enough for us to push everyone to enroll now.

We’d like this feature to enable our client success team to set up MFA for specific users, without providing our CS team members admin access to Auth0 console.
