Is the RSA SecurID mobile application supported by Auth0?
Solution
At the time of writing this knowledge solution (June 2024), the RSA SecurID is not supported by the built in OTP factor, and it will fail to scan the generated QR code or accept the manual code:
However, it may be possible to implement a custom MFA flow to support it. Due to the complexity and potential for adding vulnerabilities into the MFA flow, it is recommended any custom MFA flow is designed and implemented with the assistance of Auth0’s Professional Services team.
