returnTo inside Allowed Logout URLs not working

Hi I have used
https://testsandy.auth0.com/v2/logout?returnTo=http://localhost:3009’ in my app
but it is giving me error:
the “returnTo” querystring parameter “http://localhost:3009” is not defined as a valid URL in “Allowed Logout URLs”. To add a new URL, please do it here: https://manage.auth0.com/#/account/advanced
