Request for Tenant Ownership Transfer – partnerportal-uat

Hello Auth0 Support Team,

I’m unable to access my Auth0 tenant after changing the account email linked to my Okta trial organization. The tenant was originally created under my personal email, which has since been revoked. My new company email can only access the Okta team environment, not the Auth0 tenant itself.

Details:

  • Tenant name: removed

  • Environment: Development

  • Region: EU-2

  • Original email: removed

  • New email (to transfer ownership to): removed

  • Context: The tenant was created during an Okta trial, and the original email was revoked. I no longer have access to that account and would like ownership transferred to my new company email.

Could you please assist in transferring ownership of this tenant to my new account?
