Hello,
The User App Access report (from the UI) is being truncated and does not export more than 1million records.
How can we change that (in the UI, so it exports everything) and what is the API alternative call for downloading the data? I saw people complaining about API pagination as well.
Can someone please help on the above topic?
Thank you
Hi @ymbox2001-1,
Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
I understand that you are trying to get the full list of users and encountered a situation where you are limited to 1million records.
In such cases, we recommend using the Management API’s export job endpoint or the User Import/Export extension to get the complete list of users.
If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out again.
Thanks,
Rueben
Hi Rueben,
I was talking about the User App Access report. The one showing apps access by users, not the user export list.
Thank you.
So, when you log into the -admin Okta console, you have the Reports section and then Entitlements and Access / User App Access, or the Application Access Audit / Current Assignments (now User App Access)
Hi @ymbox2001-1,
Thank you for your clarification!
For Okta console-related questions, I recommend reaching out directly through the Okta Help Center.

Well, I got here coming from their website and looking for support…
Hi @ymbox2001-1,
Thanks for the reply.
I completely understand. Based on what I’ve found, these settings appear to reside in the Okta Admin Console.
Nonetheless, I did some research and found that you can export up to 5 million records, up from 1 million previously. This was mentioned here.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a dedicated API endpoint alternative for downloading the data. For now, the User App Access report can only be downloaded through the Admin Console.
If you have further questions on this, my best recommendation is to ask them directly from the Okta Help Center.
Best regards,
Rueben
