I am planning to replace basic Auth with Google Oauth only to accept users from domain xyz.com Did anyone do something like this before? It would be nice to see how to beyond what’s in the document Auth0 Apache SDK Quickstarts: Login .
The article you linked allows you to insert a reverse proxy in-front of a legacy app without changing the app. The proxy handles OAuth/OIDC protocol and then passes the identity information to legacy app as using “legacy means” like HTTP headers etc.
