Problem statement
Automated processes are set up within an organization to remove user accounts when employees leave the company. Is there a way to include Auth0 dashboard members in these processes to remove these users via the Auth0 API?
Solution
This feature is currently not available. As a workaround, Dashboard SSO can be used with an enterprise Identity Provider.
Retired accounts can be prevented from being used. Most enterprise Identity Providers have an identity lifecycle management system where the email/account of a user will be automatically discontinued upon leaving. However, the SSO account stored in the Auth0 tenant must be deleted in the Auth0 tenant manually to keep the list clean.
