Members in Tenant are Not Removed when Deleted from Teams

Overview

Even after deleting the Teams members, they are still present as Tenant members.

Solution

Tenant membership can be deleted using the Auth0 Dashboard, by a tenant administrator.

To solve the issue, revoke access to the Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Tenant Members.
  2. Click the three dots to the right of a user name or email and click Remove.
  3. Click Save.
