I have added an page template with header and footer and moved the login prompts towards right for new universal login page, but i see that in the mobile and the tablets the login screen is more left aligned its not fitting the screen as shown in attachment below.
how do we resolve this? can we add a specific breakpoints while customizing the page templates?
You are on the right track, mentioning breakpoints. You can add media queries in your template to create a responsive design. Please check out this blog post for an example of doing so.
