I am coming from this troubleshoot post where it says that If I attempt to send more than ten SMS messages within one hour, it will throw an exception. Is this same even for Enterprise customer? And can you confirm whether it’s 10 sms per user per phone? or 10 sms across the server? Thanks

So here’s our rate limit policy:
and based on that as it doesn’t mention the enterprise tier I guess it can be a soft limit and for sure we’re open for discussion based on the usecase. When it comes to the number it make sense that it’s per user per phone
