Problem statement
I’m trying to access the Quota Utilization Dashboard and getting the error :
Sorry! Only dashboard admins of the main production tenant main-tenant (US) have access to this report. However, you may view the usage reports."
Symptoms
- Unable to access the Quota Utilization dashboard on support.auth0.com
Solution
- Public cloud customers need to be added as a tenant member to the master tenant.
- Private cloud customers need to be added as a tenant member with the “Admin” role to the support tenant.
