PRO MFA limit exceeded

Hello!! I am getting a banner “PRO MFA has exceeded your plan limit”. I use this tenant for internal purposes and don’t want PRO MFA. I see 6 users have used this feature, I disabled it from the settings, but not sure whether I have to remove those 6 users. If yes, how can I do that or how should I identify who are these 6 users?

I believe this error pops up in your case due to the Trial period ending for your Free tenant. If you setup MFA during the trial period for your tenant (when you had access to all the features, including the Enterprise ones), once the trial is over and the Enterprise features are deactivated, this could result in the warning/error message that you are seeing.

Generally, this is not impactful on your end, one of the ways that it can go away would be to upgrade your tenant in this is something you are interested in. You can check the Pricing page for additional details and tier levels, alongside the features each one comes with.
