I have fast2sms & unable to enable passwordless sms option from authentication→ passwordless→ enable to send otp from my application.

Just doing my due diligence and verifying if all preliminary steps have been completed, please read through our documentations on Configuring a Custom Phone Provider and Passwordless Authentication with SMS - Auth0 Docs; let us know if everything has been configured fully, if the API from the provider has been added and the connection was successfully tested. In addition, please check if you have enabled Use Tenant-Level Messaging Provider to use the custom provider that was setup instead of Twillio.
Let us know if you’ve found anything that was not setup correctly, which was causing the issue, or if you are still encountering this afterwards. Also, is the option greyed out, or the toggle inactive?
