Passwordless and Username+Password as a choice for users (single app)

Dear Community,
I wanted to check if it’s possible to have users choose between passwordless or username + password authentication methods.

I am aware that @konrad.sopala checked this back in May 2020, but I am wondering if anything has changed since then.
