My users are having trouble receiving the password reset emails. I am using SendGrid and when I try sending test emails from the Auth0 Dashboard under Email/Email Templates/Change Password, I am able to receive it (I can see the email in my inbox and in the SendGrid activity dashboard).
However when I try to send a password reset from the Universal Login, I get a message confirming that the email is sent, but I don’t see it in my inbox and it doesn’t show up in the SendGrid activity dashboard. Am I missing a configuration somewhere?
