Is there a feature or can we customize to send “password about to expire emails” few days before the user’s password expires on their registered email in Auth0?
If any, please let me know the process in a bit of detail.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a feature that can send a “password is about to expire” email. If you would like to see this feature as part of the Auth0 product, I recommend creating a feedback request.
In the meantime, you could consider using the Password Rotation integration, which will prompt a user with an error message when their passwords have expired.
