Hi, I found the answer to this topic, but I have no way to reach out to support. I am currently having an issue connecting my Auth0 tenant to an application because of strict typing and the updated_at field not being in the correct format. Can someone help me fix this for my tenant as referenced in this post?

I understand that the updated_at field is in a incorrect OIDC format.
Just to confirm the behaviour, let us know if Auth0 returns updated_at as a string, however the OIDC standard requires it returned as a number. This issue can possibly be resolved by submitting a Support case on this matter, and as you have mentioned not being able to submit the case from your end, please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support, forwarding a link to this topic with all the information share. In addition, please also confirm the email address of your Auth0 account and also the tenant where you are experiencing this.
