New phone authentificator

I bought a new phone and I want to add my 2 accounts to the Guardian app on the new phone, but I don’t have the security key. Since I wasn’t logged into the app and there’s no such option, I don’t know how to transfer the data to the new phone. One email is kocsistunde@pharmaplaza.hu and the other is info@pharmaplaza.hu
Please help me solve this problem.
