I’m locked out of my new account after too many failed login requests.
I was unable to login after the following process:

Created a new account using another email address (had to use this separate one to login to post this)

while I was creating the account, a colleague invited me to join an existing team

I received the join invitation email and clicked the link - and couldn’t login

I then received the account validation email, and validated my account

But I can’t login using the details from step 1 (I generated the password locally in a password manager, so know I am using the right username/password combination)

Forgot password also doesn’t work, I never receive the OTP code
Please assist
