I need to update the redirect URL which opens after password reset - but I couldn’t find anywhere where to look for it.

You can set the redirect URL in the template settings. Simply go to Emails -> Templates in the dashboard and select Change Password from the Template option box at the top. You can then set the Redirect To field to your desired URL.
