Need MFA reset for my Admin email account for auth0

I have send a DM to support with my tenent and my email to get my MFA reset as I am not able to get to my paid account ticketing system.

Please let me know when I will hear about my issue resolution from support as it is already 3 business days since my DM.

DM me your email and the associated tenant and we can create a support case for you.

When I try to send message to you where I sent it to Support. It stops me saying you cannot send personal message to this user.

I do not want to post my information here in this post.

Please only submit MFA reset requests through Direct Messages. Click an Auth0 employee’s name or profile picture → click the Message button to send a DM. The DM is not visible to the public.
