I tried to sign into Auth0 today and it’s as if the account never existed. I don’t have any of the tenants and everything is gone.

Potentially, the reason is that your older Auth0 account is associated with a different login method.
What I mean is suppose you have created in the past an Auth0 account (under which you have a few tenants) by logging in with a Github account associated with an email address x.
And now, you have tried to login with a Google account associated with an email address y so that a new Auth0 account is created.
Could this be the case? Please let us know!
