Multiple Custom Domains: Top 5 Highlights from the Community Ask Me Anything

Thank you to everyone who participated in our AMA on Multiple Custom Domains! For those who couldn’t join, we’ve put together the top five highlights from the session. You can also dive into the full discussion to explore detailed answers from our product experts by reading the complete discussion thread.

Here are the key takeaways:

Get Ready for Early Access
The Limited Early Access release will be available around July 15, 2025, to Public Cloud tenants, with Private Cloud deployments to follow in the new coming weeks. The exact availability date will depend on your region and private cloud deployment schedule. Keep an eye out for updates.

Deep customization for Universal Login and email templates
Worried about maintaining your brand identity across multiple domains? Our expert confirmed that Advanced Customization for Universal Login (ACUL) and email templates will offer a high degree of customization, allowing you to implement domain specific logos, colors, and copy. This means consistent branding for all your users, regardless of the domain they access.

Action method for switching white label themes
A question revolved around using Actions to dynamically switch white label themes based on the incoming custom domain or organization. Post-login Actions execute after the login process, making them unsuitable for changing UI components based on the incoming domain. For theming the UI, ACUL is the recommended approach.

Custom domain and organization variables are fully supported parameters within Actions, meaning you can still leverage this information for other post-login logic and customizations

Multiple Custom Domains for customers
Thinking about cost? Multiple Custom Domains are exclusively available for Enterprise customers. Enterprise customers will receive a base entitlement of 20 custom domains per tenant. If you need more, additional custom domains can be purchased via an add-on SKU.

Cookies and SSO across different domains
When users navigate between applications on different custom domains within the same tenant, different sessions will need to be established (at least once per domain).
