Missing go back link on Forgotten Password Page

The go back link is missing.

I have set a Tenant Login URI link on both Tenant Advanced Settings and on my SPA application.

Why is this not working?

No suggestions using the Management API please, I am using Universal Login and am not implementing my own APIs to fix this, I want a Auth0 Dashboard/config only solution.

Update: Holy moly the Resend email button isn’t a Resend email button at all, it IS the redirect link. Awful UX! Posting this here for posterity and for other people not to get caught out like I have done.
