I can’t access my business account anymore since I migrated off Google Workspace and had been using Google login to access my management account. I’ve tried many times to issue a password reset, but the emails are never received in spam, quarantine, or anything. Please help! There is no way to contact support from an account you can’t login to so I don’t know where else to go and I created this account with my personal email just to even post this.
Is there really no way to issue a password reset if there is no DB password set in the first place? Our entire company is locked out because of this.
Following up here as well @cody.prochaska . Please I would really like to continue partnering with Auth0 but if we can be locked out like this with no recourse for quick remediation via Auth0 support, then I’m not sure why I would want to continue to do business here. Can no one on the support side really send a password reset to my business email I replied with on the open case?
