In Universal login => brand theme, I added background.
In Universal login => Manage Classic Login, I do not custom MFA page (disable customize MFA page).
But in MFA page, I did not see the background, and form align is incorrect. it is align to top left. I did not set that.

Thank you for posting your question. If you have any other page customized, Auth0 automatically detects that and switches from Universal Login to Classic Universal Login. In the Branding settings, you will need to disable all screens from Classic Login to make Auth0 use the Universal Login (not Classic).
