Problem statement
You can create applications using the “+ Create Application” button in Auth0 Dashboard, but what is the maximum number of applications that can be created? There are four environments: dev, ver, stg and prod. Does the number of applications that can be created differ for each one?
Solution
Regarding limits for tenant configuration elements such as applications, connections, rules, and API resource servers, the documentation to look at is our Entity Limit policy. There is no hard limit for applications created in an Enterprise subscription tenant, which is why it is not mentioned in our docs under “Enterprise subscription limits” (see The limit on the number of applications can be created for enterprise tenant). These Entity limits also apply to private cloud tenants.
