Manage Auth0 Service from Azure Portal not working

I have had an Auth0 subscription for a number of years. I set it up as a service from Azure and thus manage my account by clicking the “Manage” button in the Azure portal. However, recently, this opens a blank tab, then a few seconds later, closes it again with the error: “Unable to open the uri. Please try again later.” this has been happening for at least a week now.

Has anything changed that would mean my Azure service cannot be managed any more?
