M2M Quota has been utilized

Hi all!

Our development environment for Auth0 was being used for a staging Lambda function that due to some code error made some back and forth calls between Lambdas that do Auth0 calls for M2M token. This was deployed and tested in development environment once and as you can expect, the quota has been utilized in mere minutes before the problem was recognized. Is there any ability to make the development Auth0 environment reset the M2M tokens?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reset your already utilized M2M Tokens. The M2M limit will reset monthly by default.

If you have a subscription plan with Auth0, I encourage you to create a support ticket inquiring for additional assistance and see if any options are available.

Otherwise, as a workaround, it may be worth exploring a subscription plan to increase your M2M Quota. For example, the Professional Plan raises the M2M auth limit from 1000 to 5000.
