I lost the ability to access my Auth0 Dashboard on my main account. When trying to login I get asked for a recovery code (which I cannot find) or use a Passkey which I did not configure. I successfully changed the password but it is still asking me to use one of the above. How can I recover access to my account?

Please send your tenant name and account email address to the @support group via DM, so we can fulfill a request on your behalf for resetting the MFA.
