I believe you can start a group DM with support via this community and they may be able to help. Are there any other admins on your tenant who can help you out? If you’re a paying user, you could also contact your AE or TAM. It’s always good to create a ‘break glass’ system user and at least you’ll always have a fallback.

Thank you @JFoxUK for your contribution as well, however in this cases since both the MFA keys and the recovery code have been lost, in order to re-gain access to the account it is necessary to send us your account email address and if possible the tenant name to the @support group via direct message and we will take if further from there.
