Overview
This article will explain how to resolve an issue with the .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) image format being used as a logo, where the image does not appear to render.
Applies To
- Universal Login Branding
Cause
The .eps image format is a high-resolution vector file format used in graphic design. The file format itself is not supported among modern browsers, so if a .eps file is used for the Logo on the Universal Login, the image will not appear.
Solution
The solution is to convert the .eps image into one of the supported image formats:
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
- SVG
